There is an issue that does not wake up in low-power mode after applying the Amlogic patch.

This issue is occurring only in FXN Smart3 and UHD4, so the patch is now reverted.
(Other manufacturers have no issues.)

The Amlogic patch is as follow.

05/30 f1f35ff4ebe hdmitx: add hdmimode_mutex to sequence the mode setting common BTFAML-1349

I asked AML to analyze this issue, and the feedback is as follows.
"The hpd event does not occur because stop_hpd is 1 during wake-up, and because of that, STB cannot wake-up"

So please check whether the AML patch can be applied to the FXN model and whether additional modifications are needed.

Hi YK,

I discuss this issue with Jason.
Because the SMART3 design is different from other manufacturers in HDMI and so we use the stop_hpd mechanism.
If it is because of maintaining the consistency of the code , there is no other solution to solve this issues.
If this patch must be applied in SMART3 , we may be add the following code to ignore hdmimode_mutex .

The modification of code is as follow: Add #if 0 .. #endif
#if 0
static DEFINE_MUTEX(hdmimode_mutex);
#endif
